About the event

“An End and a New Beginning”
Caro and Agnes welcome you in two extended yoga classes of 3 hours
to let go of the old year and end the new year together.

They do this with Kundalini Yoga, a Yoga Nidra Gongbad and a meditation.

On Sunday, December 27, 2020 we close the New Year.

The end of the year is the perfect moment to let go of everything that no longer serves us, to release old patterns to free space within us to create new patterns.
It is the best time to reset our nervous system.

On Sunday, January 17, 2021, we welcome the New Year.

This is an ideal opportunity for a new beginning.
An ideal opportunity for a new intention,
which we can grow during the new year.

These classes are open to everyone.
You don't need to have any experience with (Kundalini) Yoga.

35 euro per class
65 euro for set of the 2 lessons.
